3 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If a third party uses your account, ek779 is not responsible for those activities.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If your personal information changes (such as your mobile number or email), notify the ek779 support team immediately. Incorrect information may cause issues with payment processing.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Funds must be sent only through a method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 10–45 minutes to process. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete.

The method used for your withdrawal request should match the method used for your deposit.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

ek779 reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal in the following circumstances:

  • The name on the payment source does not match the account information
  • Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns
  • Identity verification is incomplete
  • Bonus wagering requirements have not been met

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you will be eligible to withdraw after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the bonus is not used within the specified time, it will be cancelled automatically.
  • There may be restrictions on certain games or categories for bets placed using bonus balance.
  • The original deposit and bonus cannot be withdrawn together before the wagering requirements are met.
  • Wagering must be completed before cashing out a bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

ek779's VIP program has three tiers:

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and loyalty.

5.4 Promotion Abuse

Using multiple accounts or employing any other fraudulent strategy to claim bonuses or promotions will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being permanently closed.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or market. These limits may change from time to time. It is not possible to place bets outside the specified limits.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, official results will be considered final. In the event of any dispute, ek779's decision will be considered final. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Live Betting

For live betting, odds may change at any time. The risk of odds changing before a bet is confirmed lies with the user. ek779 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted due to a technical error.

6.4 Bet Cancellation Policy

A bet will be considered void in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect odds displayed due to an obvious system error
  • If the event concludes before the scheduled time
  • Uncertainty in determining the result
  • Evidence of match-fixing or fraud

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek779 platform:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts
  • Using the platform for money laundering
  • Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts or artificial assistance
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
  • Collecting or stealing another user's account information
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
  • Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of a third party
  • Abusing promotions or bonus hunting

ek779 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances without prior notice in the event of a violation of these prohibitions.
